Attendance Management Dismissal Appeal - LS - People's Services Department Minutes: The Committee had been convened to consider an attendance management dismissal appeal brought by LS, People’s Services Department.
The Senior People Management Business Partner and Non-Registered Team Manager Community Support Services appeared before the Committee. LS had failed to attend the meeting.
In the absence of any explanation
for their non-attendance, the Committee resolved to consider the
matter in the absence of LS. The Assistant Director, Contact Cares attended the meeting as the Dismissing Officer to answer questions from Members.
* Resolved that the appeal be dismissed for the reasons set out in the decision letter of the Assistant Director, Contact Cares dated 4 November 2024.
